lib-ir: my final report

I have submitted a final report on Scholars' Bank, from my 
perspective, and have made it available - in Scholars' Bank - at 
https://scholarsbank.uoregon.edu/dspace/handle/1794/3284

The report is my attempt to document the history, practices, and 
policies that have evolved since we began the effort in January 2003. 
I wouldn't be surprised if you find errors in it - I apologize for 
them and can only assure you that I have not intentionally slighted 
anyone or misrepresented anything. But I've had to rely on my flawed 
memory, scanty notes, and personal interpretations.  And I can assure 
you that it is not a piece of fine prose. Take it for what it's worth 
and use it to help identify where you want to take the archive in the 
future. Deb, Mark, and Mary have already received a copy of the report.

I've had a great time working on Scholars' Bank. It has been, without 
a doubt, the single most satisfying project I've ever been involved 
with in my career as a librarian.
