lib-ir: FW: Cname "ir" that points to "scholarsbank"

I got the following request.  I don't know if we are actually using the
hostname "ir.uoregon.edu" any more.  I didn't see any links to
http://ir.uoregon.edu, but that's only one use of the hostname.

Is this something we should ask Deb about?

Hi JQ,

We have an Institutional Research unit over here at Johnson Hall, and they'd
like to use the "ir" cname for their web presence.  Currently "ir" forwards
to scholarsbank.uoregon.edu.  Do you mind giving "ir" up?

appropriate authority. :)
