lib-ir: call about SB and our license agreement

I received a phone call this morning from a lawyer
at the Catholic University in D.C. who is meeting
with a group of librarians and other lawyers
from the D.C. area in preparation for setting up
a digital archive like Scholars' Bank. She called
me because she really liked the language we
use for our license agreement. I told them that we
were fortunate to have a lawyer among us, Heather
Briston, who is also the University Archivist who
was responsible for drafting that language. She
asked me to pass on her kudos for the license
because she felt it was useful for both lawyers
and the general public.
