lib-ir: Dissociation

I think Carol and Jennifer have had an email exchange.  Jennifer reports to
me that she does not feel at all strongly that our Scholarsbank entries for
Dissociation need to be added to PubMedCentral.  

I do think that it's in our interest to take small steps when possible to
get our scholarsbank items linked to from indexing databases such as PubMed
and PsycInfo.  It doesn't look as if it would be easy to get our run of
Dissociation into PubMed, since PM doesn't index the hardcopy of
Dissociation and has an elaborate review process.

I just checked, and Dissociation is in fact indexed in PsycInfo, but of
course that index does not include links to our database.  I don't know how
much hassle APA would give us if ISSD requested that APA add links
(prsumably pointing to our PURL, e.g. http://hdl.handle.net/1794/1396, not
to the corresponding scholarsbank URL) for all of our articles, but that
seems like an easier process than PMC.
