lib-ir: progress with theses

Last week, I created a couple of new web pages for
the Grad School, at Deb's request. Both these pages
are currently linked off the Grad School Resources
page at:
http://libweb.uoregon.edu/catdept/irg/GradSchool_Resources.html

They are the top two links.

The permission form has already come in handy for a
former student who wanted to submit her Honor's College
thesis. I have also referred several other students to it
and faculty are referring their students to it. I will continue
to revise this form for more general use and will
provide more links from different places within
Scholars' Bank. This form greatly facilitates the process
of acquiring permissions for our mediated submissions
to Scholars' Bank.

With these pages and some other text I have provided Deb,
I hope we will finally have in place a process for capturing
Theses and Dissertations more routinely.
