lib-ir: new group member

Mary Grenci is joining our group. Mary has been
working with me for some time behind the scenes,
helping me figure out logical ways to handle serial
publications within Scholars' Bank. Her role has
recently increased so that she is helping me with
administration and follow-through with different
communities. Scholars' Bank has increased
significantly in scope in the past year and it now
takes more than one person to be able to keep
things going administratively. Having Mary join the
group provides extra insurance for the longterm
viability of Scholars' Bank. I have updated our
web pages to reflect this change to our Steering
Committee.
