lib-ir: Needs for Scholars' Bank: ingest procedures

We need to document what we are doing for ingest
into the repository. How are we getting materials in?
How are we collecting metadata? This one falls
squarely in my corner to start, as I'm doing or supervising
this pretty much exclusively.

I have a couple of questions:

1) I think this information needs to be kept at the general
level for the whole archive, as well as at the community
and collection level. Do you think that this needs to be linked
from individual collection/community pages or is one
central site to document everything at the appropriate
level of detail enough?

2) If it needs to be linked from each collection/community
page, do you have any recommendations on how to do
this?
