lib-ir: Needs for Scholars Bank: backup/validation procedures

There are a couple of things I'd like us to get a handle on
regarding our backup procedures:

1) I'd like to document what we are currently doing regarding
backup of the files and the metadata in SB. Corey knows
what these steps are and has told me a couple of times.
Now, it needs to be written up. This needs to start with Corey.
It doesn't need to be polished writing at this point. Just the
facts, as they say.

2) Once it's written, the IRG group needs to review and
decide if it's adequate. If not, we need to decide
what steps we need to take to make it adequate.

3) We need to document what we are doing for checking
on the integrity of the files. What else do we need to
be doing? Again, this will start with Corey and then
entail review by the group.
