lib-ir: links to Scholars' Bank

There are currently a number of ways to find
Scholars' Bank:

*From the library's home page:

1) Click on "Digital Collections" and be taken to
the entry page for all the publicly-available
digital collections. Scholars' Bank now
appears as the first link from that page,
and it's also available as one of the choices
within the "Explore a collection" box.

2) Search in the library catalog under
"scholars bank" and be taken to a record
for it, with a link to it

3) Open the Services Menu at the top
of the library's home page and
select "faculty services" - Scholars'
Bank now appears as the first link on
that page

4) Then, from the open web, do a google
search on "Scholars Bank" and it should
show up as the first item.
