Actually, the page already replaced the page it was intended to
replace. The general Overview page at:
http://libweb.uoregon.edu/catdept/irg/SB_Overview.html
is more general about the archive. It may also need
to be updated, but it is distinct from the Scholarly
Communication page, I think.

Other group members, what do you think?
