lib-ir: Scholars' Bank updates

1) We just broke 500 items in Scholars' Bank.

2) Last week when Corey figured out how to fix the searching
problem in Scholars' Bank, he also contributed the fix
to DSpace developers. His fix was picked up within 2 hours
by one of the official "committers" to the open source
development and he and the University of Oregon are now
listed among a select group of contributors to developing
the software at this site:

3) Corey is going to do an upgrade of the software tonight
that should fix a couple of problems that users have reported
to us (yes, actual users are giving us feedback)
