lib-ir: student work in SB

When MDLS received the most recent crop
of theses and dissertations in paper form, I
decided to try to contact students and invite
them to submit an electronic copy of their work to
SB. Emails have been sent to those students we
could locate through the campus directory in the
hopes of getting more theses and dissertations
into SB. These emails went out today. If this
strategy bears some fruit, we'll continue this
approach.
