lib-ir: possible communities for SB - decision science & psych

Since I am the Psyc liaison this a good opportunity for me to learn more
and understand exactly what it means to be "blaseed" byt the
Psychology Dept community.  Does the department head do the blessing
or is it a more involved "blessing"

For Mark's deal with Paul Slovic, I would be much happier if there were
official buyin and ownership from a UO institute, perhaps the Institute for
Decision Science.  I could easily see Decision Science blessing the idea of
a collection within their community dedicated to working papers from
Decision Research.  Or since Slovic is Psych faculty a collection within
(and blessed by) the Psych Department community.
