I've reviewed the minutes and the only thing that I remember that I don't 
think I saw in there was the discussion that we had in regards to the 
importance of reviewing the submission site as it now exists in 
anticipation of constructing the public site and the information that we 
want on it. As part of this we discussed copyright fears and steps that we 
may take to waylay them.
