JQ,

The students were encouraged by their PPPM advisors to submit electronic
copies that would be placed in the IR and did so willingly. Should we get
them to sign a paper release form similar to what we have on the submission
screens? I believe it may be too early for us to setup student submission
procedures.

Sounds good.  Don't forget that we must have assurance that the students
have given permission for us to post the ETDs.  That could mean that the
students post themselves, or could mean that posting is mandatory, or
could be explicit individually obtained permission.
