lib-ir: AAA projects

I called Ed Teague this morning to see what was up
about the AAA projects. He has been having trouble
nailing down the faculty member because of her
schedule and commitments. He did seem to be
strongly in favor of this approach for the AAA projects.
We agreed that he and I would talk following
the Council meeting this Thursday and see about
setting up a meeting to clarify issues before
trying to set something up with the AAA faculty.
He and I both think that having some actual
submissions and a basic infrastructure in place
would make discussions with AAA more productive.
