Andrew,
I agree that the first two questions they have are pretty
well covered in existing documentation.
I think that, if any uploading is done in the next few days,
you should do it. If the actual uploading can can wait
a few days, I should have the more detailed documentation
about submission that you and I talked about this morning
in place - or at least drafted. We could then have Rich test
the submission process out.
That's my thinking. JQ, other thoughts?
