I just received this email from Rich. I think the webpage that JQ wrote should answer the first two points, but "get it to the library" is still being gradually worked out by us. Is it too early to let Rich or PPPM students to try uploading the documents, or should I go ahead and do it for the students as part of our learning/documentation process. I expect that there will only be a few projects.

Andrew,

We have some students interested in submitting a copy of their projects this year in PDF format. I think that you were going to provide us with an information sheet to hand out to the students about:

* format

* locations for making the conversion

* how to get it to the library

If you get it to us soon we can hand it out before they finalize their projects and take off.
