lib-ir: IRG meeting cancelled for today

Carol and I touched base this morning, and decided that having an IRG
meeting this week probably wouldn't be very useful.  So we propose to cancel
today's meeting and meet again at our next regularly scheduled time.  We'll
send you all some specific small tasks to accomplish before that meeting.

The major progress we've made since our last meeting has been that Carol met
with Deb to discuss IR projects.  Deb does want us to pursue a couple of
"low hanging fruit" pilot projects, and likes the idea of one project
targeted at students and one targeted at faculty.  Carol will brief you
further by email.
