lib-ir: meeting of IR group 3/17

Reminder that the Institutional Repository group is scheduled
to meet Monday, March 17 from 1:00-2:30 in the West
Conference Room.

The assignments we all had from the last meeting  were to:

	Continue to survey Faculty/Groups in campus as to interest and need for 
a 	Institutional Repository. Try using  Technical Report or Tech Report 
into your 	questions, if you are having difficulty getting a useful response.

	Learn more about what other institutions are doing with institution 
repositories, 	where they are at?, etc. Look closely at ones using D-Space.

JQ and I would like us to spend time Monday discussing how we
go about reaching closure on defining the scope of our project.
The discussions we've had to this point have been all over the map.
Before more specific assignments can be made, we need
a clearer idea of where we're going. So, think "process" - how do
we reach consensus?
