The IRG Web site can be found at:

JQ has looked over the content and style but it can
be modified to suit the group. If you see any errors or
obvious omissions, please let me know.

Down the road, we recognize that we'll need to develop
a site for public relattions. This site is only intended to be
a working site for the group.
