lib-ir: IRG listserv

I've set up a listserv for our Institutional Repository discussions.  I've
enrolled the 5 of us (Heather, Carol, Barbara, JQ, Andrew).  An archive is
available at http://libweb.uoregon.edu/~jqj/lib-ir/.  Carol will also be
setting up a website containing links to the discussion, minutes, links to
references and tools, etc.

I'm looking forward to our first meeting, Feb 12, noon, in West Conference
Room.
