UO students, faculty, and staff have borrowing privileges at PSU through the Orbis Cascade reciprocal agreement. Library cards for Multnomah County Library are free to residents of Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington or Hood River counties in Oregon, Clark, Skamania and Klickitat counites in Washington, and the cities of Woodland or Camas in Washington.
