Circulation Policy
The circulation of music books and scores follows the loan rules of the Knight Library's Circulation policies. Undergraduates may have general scores and book items for two weeks. UO faculty and UO graduate students check out general music materials for six months.
Any books and scores from the Music Reference area are non-circulating, as are bound periodicals and journals.
Sound recordings (located in the Douglass Listening Room) in the Main collection circulate to current UO students, faculty and staff for 7 days, and must be returned to the Douglass Room for check in.
Compact Discs from the Douglass Circulating Compact Disc Collection may circulate to all UO ID holders for 7 days, with one renewal, and must be returned directly to the Douglass Room for check in.
