Video Duplication

Media Services Educational Television can make copies of tapes of various formats, including DVD, Betacam SP, 3/4" U-matic, Hi8, DVcam, Mini DV, S-VHS and VHS. Copies can also be made to and from several alternative international standards. Written copyright clearance from the producer is required of all duplications. Media Services reserves the right to refuse duplication of copyrighted material without proper clearance or in circumstances not explicitly covered by Fair Use Guidelines.

Before you bring your tapes to the Media Services counter, please print out a copy of our video duplication form. (pdf) Filling this form out in advance will save you time, and allow you the chance to secure the proper copyright permissions.
