Sample Maps for Aerial Photography Research Requests

Site maps should be of an proportional scale to the area that one would like imagery duplicated for. This means approximately 1:24,000 for smaller sites. The site should be bordered with a square or rectangle . Please make sure to put any relevant information about the site on the map, such as address or TRS coordinates. Vague or confusing maps will delay the research process. Tax Lot maps can be used in additon to the maps descibed above but not as a substitute. Mapquest.com and Topozone.com are on-line resources for creating acceptable maps for requests.
