**Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance; weekend requests need to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Friday of that week. Requests are not processed during intersessions.**

Knight Library also has an additional ten unlocked study rooms available on a first come, first served basis. These rooms are: 245, 246, 249, 320, 345, 346, 347, 403, 430, 431(all equipped with flat panel screens)
Electronic classrooms are to be used for instruction and training that requires participants to have access to computers.

Browsing Room - Rm. 106. Room capacity: 140 row seating; 75 at round tables. This room is available for use by University and other community groups for lectures, conferences, and receptions during the hours the library is open to the public. Rm. 56 is a small Tandberg videoconferencing room. Faculty teaching a distance
education class with all students off-campus, or faculty conducting
office hours with distance students are examples of appropriate uses.
