Schedule A Room

Knight Library, Center for Media & Educational Technologies (CMET), and Science Library have a variety of rooms which can be reserved by students and faculty for study, research, and instruction. Click on the link below for the type of room you wish to reserve.

STUDY ROOMS

LOCKED STUDY ROOMS - bookable by individuals and groups up to four
Rms. 219, 248, 250, 319, 432 (all five rooms equipped with flat panel screens)

UNLOCKED STUDY ROOMS - bookable by groups only (all rooms equipped with flat panel screens)

**Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance; weekend requests need to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Friday of that week. Requests are not processed during intersessions.**

Knight Library also has an additional ten unlocked study rooms available on a first come, first served basis. These rooms are: 245, 246, 249, 320, 345, 346, 347, 403, 430, 431(all equipped with flat panel screens)

ELECTRONIC CLASSROOMS (Knight and Science Libraries)

Electronic classrooms are to be used for instruction and training that requires participants to have access to computers.

SCIENCE LIBRARY CLASSROOMS

SPECIAL PURPOSE ROOMS

Faculty Studies

Graduate Studies

Browsing Room  - Rm. 106. Room capacity: 140 row seating; 75 at round tables. This room is available for use by University and other community groups for lectures, conferences, and receptions during the hours the library is open to the public. Collaboration Center - Rm. 122; seats 30. The Collaboration Center is a flexible, conveniently located space where UO instructors, academic support providers, and student services professionals can meet with students one-on-one or in groups.

Presentation/Practice Room - Rm. 147B; seats 4. Getting ready for an in-class presentation? Reserve the Learning Commons Presentation Practice Room to gain confidence with campus-standard classroom equipment.

Studio A - lower level, CMET, seats 35. Studio A is a unique classroom used primarily for originating and receiving teleconferences, telecourses and videoconferences.

Calendar

Room 56 - lower level, CMET; seats up to 3.
Rm. 56 is a small Tandberg videoconferencing room. Faculty teaching a distance education class with all students off-campus, or faculty conducting office hours with distance students are examples of appropriate uses.
