Blackboard Help Available through UO Libraries

blackboard logoIf you've got questions about the Blackboard course management system at the UO--whether you're a student or an instructor--you can get answers online using the library's Blackboard Help web page at http://libweb.uoregon.edu/scis/blackboard/help/. Instructors wanting direct assistance in using Blackboard for course management should visit CMET Consulting, in Room 19, in the lower level of Knight Library. The CMET Consulting web page (which includes staffing hours, is at http://libweb.uoregon.edu/cmet/consulting/. Students needing assistance with Blackboard should visit the library's Computer Help Desk on the first floor of Knight Library. Phone assistance is available at 541-346-1807 during staffed desk hours.
