TEP Workshop Offers Ideas for Improving Students’ Library Research Skills, Thur., Oct. 22


On Thursday, October 22, the UO Libraries' Barbara Jenkins will offer UO faculty members and GTFs advice on developing effective library assignments that teach students how to use primary sources, databases, and other library resources to efficiently find materials specific to their research topics.

Sponsored by the UO's Teaching Effectiveness Program, the workshop, "Strengthening Student Research Skills Through Effective Library Assignments," will run from 11 a.m to noon in 144 Knight Library (Edmiston Room).
