- Environmental Indicators from the Annual Energy Review. Energy Information Administration. Inclused an annual greenhouse gas emissions inventory, including historical data to 1980.
- National Climatic Data Center Online Library. Provides access to climatological data formerly published in Climatological Data and Local Climatological Data.

- Data and Information Systems. US Forest Service. Access to a number of databases containing information about the national forest system in the United States.
