      Provides comprehensive coverage of current news, business and company information, government and legal information, and more.
  • ReferenceUSA
      Contains directory data for over 12 million US firms and business establishments of all sizes.
  • Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage
      Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage brings together a dozen financial and investment publications that provide information for corporate research and for industry, competitive, and investment analysis. Among the publications included are such familiar titles as S&P's Corporation Records, Industry Surveys, Stock Reports, Stock Guide, Bond Guide, Dividend Record, Earnings Guide, Mutual Fund Reports, and the Outlook. Also included are S&P's Register of Corporations, Directors, and Executives and the Security Dealers Directory.

    Lists over 1,000 companies. Contains information about the academic disciplines the company hires, a company overview, career opportunities in the company, as well as contact information. In addition to the main alphabetical company directory, subsequent sections sort the companies by their geographic locations and industrial classification. The volume also contains a list of company branch offices.

      Lists professional associations of all varieties. Includes information about the organization's purpose, contact information, web sites, etc.

  • Hoover's Directory of Human Resources Executives

      A definitive, up-to-date, listing of Human Resources Executives for major American companies.

Periodicals Indexes

A good way to learn something about a company prior to sending them your application or before an interview is to read newspaper and magazine articles to see what the company has been doing in the past few months.
