Access to SDC Platinum

SDC Platinum suite of resources offers a thorough and accurate account of the entire global financial marketplace.

The UO Libraries' subscription provides access to:

• Global New Issues provides comprehensive information on U.S. domestic public offerings: all issues of equity, corporate debt, and taxable municipal debt. Data ranges from 1970 to present.
• Mergers & Acquisitions provides comprehensive details on all announced deals, whether completed or uncompleted. The database covers U.S. targets 1979 to present and Non U.S. targets 1985 to present. Data available include full financial details, advisors and fees, premiums paid, etc.
• VentureXpert provides information on venture, buyouts, private equity funds, firms, executives, portfolio companies and limited partners around the world. It includes comprehensive analysis for fund commitments, disbursements, statistics, firm and fund rankings, and performance, with coverage dating back twenty years.

Access to SDC Platinum requires the user to download, configure and setup specialized software. Access is limited to current students, faculty and staff at the University of Oregon.
