Materials and Services Worksheet Help

The Materials and Services Worksheet is used by the Exhibits Committee to determine the services, materials and expenses associated with mounting your exhibit and to provide a budget to meet these expenses. Submission of this worksheet is required. This document is intended to help you complete the worksheet, and to point you to other documents, sources, library units and services that will help you to determine the materials and services you will need in order to create a successful exhibit.

This worksheet will allow the Exhibits Committee to determine a budget for the materials you will need to create your exhibit. This budget will be completed by the Exhibits Committee and you will be provided with a copy of the budget. The Library will reimburse exhibitors for materials only, and only for materials listed within this budget. The library will not provide reimbursement for services. Services for graphics, image reproduction and web exhibit design assistance will be provided by units within the library. Some materials will be provided by the Exhibits Committee, and exhibitors will not be reimbursed for these materials. See the Exhibits Toolkit page for a list of materials that are provided. Any special exhibit materials and supplies for which the exhibitor wishes to be reimbursed must be listed below under Mounting or presentation supplies. A budget for the exhibit will be determined in advance, and the exhibitor will be notified. All materials purchased with this budget are the property of the University of Oregon Libraries Exhibit Committee.

You may print up a copy of the Materials and Services Worksheet by clicking on the bold words below. This worksheet must be submitted in paper at this time. Printable version of the Materials and Services Worksheet
