Through the Looking Glass (Philadelphia, PA) "Women have been taught to spend many hours in front of the looking glass. On the surface of the glass we see only the surface of ourselves, a poor image created by the false ideals of the society around us. This same society often ignores the realities of us and our needs and even our whole lives…That's why we started this newspaper. We hope it can be a true looking glass and also an exchange between all women in and around Philadelphia of the feelings, hopes, and questions we all have."
