About Susan Rich

The text of The Talk of the Town: Jane Grant, 'The New Yorker' and The Oregon Legacy of a Twentieth-Century Feministwas written by Susan Rich. Rich is a poet and freelance writer. Her first collection of poems "The Cartographer's Tongue" is forthcoming from White Pine Press, NY. Her poems and articles have been published in The Christian Science Monitor, DoubleTake, Harvard Magazine, The Massachusetts Reviewand Poets & Writers. Through her work on The Talk of the Town she has been appointed to the advisory committee of the Lucy Stone League. Rich holds graduate degrees from Harvard University and the University of Oregon. She is currently a Visiting Professor in the International Studies Program at the University of Oregon.
