The Institute has secured the entire block of rooms for the following dates. The Institute planners will make the room assignments and pass the information on to the Lodge after registration closes. The number of rooms listed as available are as of the initial posting and are on a first come/first serve basis.

As you can see, the Lodge offers a variety of rooms. Some are single rooms, some are doubles. All standard rooms have en suite bathrooms, just as you would expect in a hotel.
Room choices are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to assure you get the room type you want. For those of you willing to share a room, we are very grateful.
In addition to the standard rooms, there are the "Chalet" rooms. These consist of bunk beds and do not have private baths. They're not for everyone but do offer an economical option.
