Electronic or digital resources are those resources that require computer access. Most of these resources are available via the Web, but others are available on CD-ROM or even diskettes. Since 1995, the University of Oregon Libraries has moved toward licensing and purchasing access to electronic resources instead of traditional print and non-print formats such as video, or slides. Electronic journals constitute the bulk of our e-resources but in recent years, the Libraries have begun to purchase e-resources that we host ourselves as part of the Libraries' overall Digital Collections program.
