Thank you for thinking of the University of Oregon Libraries as a possible place to donate your materials. Building a research library's collections, like the University of Oregon's, depends on the careful selection and acquisition of materials as well as by gifts of books, other library materials, and money. The University of Oregon Libraries welcome such gifts providing they support the teaching, research and other needs of the University.
When donating to the University of Oregon Libraries it is important to remember that on receipt, gifts become the property of the UO Libraries. The UO Libraries reserve the right to add the items to the collection, sell them in a Library book sale, or dispose of them in any other way that it deems appropriate.
