Assistance in person:

The Information Services (Computing Center) Micro Services Help Desk in 151 McKenzie Hall (346-4412) can assist with browser problems or email logins.

Visit the Knight or Science Library ITCs for additional help using blackboard.

Blackboard, Inc.Faculty Support, part of the Blackboard support center, has an extensive collection of vendor-written manuals and tutorials. See in particular the Bb-provided flash based "quick tutorials," and a set of "quick start guides."

Assistance in person:

CET can provide training for you in designing and using a blackboard coursesite. Instructors can visit Room 19, Knight Library, or call 346-1942 for an appointment.

If you need assistance with instructional design or would like to build a learning object for your course, CET Interactive Media may also be able to take on the development project. And you can get additional help from the Teaching Effectiveness Program in using blackboard to meet your teaching goals.

We offer Blackboard workshops for instructors by request. Schedule one for instructors in your department, customized to your specific needs.
