The Center for Educational Technologies offers students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience as technology consultants, trainers and interactive web and multimedia designers and developers. Whether consulting with and training UO instructors on the use of instructional technologies or working with professional staff on the development of larger interactive projects, your work with CET will be fun, interesting, challenging and look great on a resume.
We know that first and foremost you are here at the UO to learn, be a student and get your degree. But your learning does not have to be restricted to the classroom. Working at CET will provide you not only professional work experience, but also with time to improve your skills, learn the latest educational technologies and expand your understanding of working as part of a cross-disciplinary team. CET prides itself in being a fun, exciting place to work where students can apply their unique talents in a professional, service-oriented setting.
CET student employees come from a variety of backgrounds, but share many of the same skills. If you have some or a number of these skills, consider applying to join our team.
Qualified applicants can apply at the UO Knight Library's Personnel Office. Please include a resume as well as work samples (or links to work samples) with your application.
For directions or additional information on the application process, please contact Barbara Butler in Library Personnel at 346-1893.
