Laine Stambaugh: Director, Library Human Resources

Library Human Resources includes recruitment of permanent library employees; performance management and evaluation processes; employee relations; coordination of diversity, Affirmative Action, and staff development and training activities for the UO Libraries; and classification and compensation.

The Director, Library Human Resources, serves ex officio on the Library Staff Developmment Committee, the Library Diversity Committee, and on all faculty search committees.
