Staff in Access Services help library users locate and obtain the materials they need for their coursework, research, and personal enrichment. Our mission is to help people get access to materials easily and quickly and in a respectful and welcoming manner.

- Interlibrary Loan and Summit - Borrowing items from other libraries for your use
- Course reserves
- Access to your library accounts
- Douglass Listening Room
- Oregon Card Program
- Delivery of items to branch libraries for more convenient checkout
- Home Delivery for Distance Education students and faculty
- Desktop delivery of journal articles owned by the UO in print
- Photocopier maintenance
- Maintenance of the general collections
- Oversight of the extended hours program
